HIT means “High Intensity Training.” The one-hour program is designed for and is successful for all fitness levels, from beginners to very experienced. HIT Fit involves everything from weight training to body weight strength training to “real cardio.”

Fitness 101 is for those who are new to fitness or those who are restarting their fitness lifestyle,  The program  is designed to transform you with a challenging group fitness training workout without being overly intimidating. All fitness levels are welcome.

Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30/5:30/6:30pm 

“Cross X Training” is a program developed by Heritage LifeFit Fitness, a front-runner in fitness innovation. Step into a CrossX session with Miguel, and you’ll understand pretty quickly why they call him ‘The Mangler’. The certified Crossfit trainer welds his own approach to training with classic Crossfit style. His creation will push you to your limits, then push a little further.

Your trainer is Miguel Guillen.

Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30/5:30/6:30pm

Retro-Fit is an advanced fitness program for seniors. Not only do Retro-Fitters work hard for 45-60 minutes each session, the atmosphere is one of joy, help, and acceptance.

High Intensity Training sessions designed specifically for teenagers ages 12-18.

It’s probably the most fun you’ll ever have working out. On a scale of 1-10, it’s an 11.

Classes are held Monday & Wednesday at 4:00pm.

ZumbaStrong: HLF Fitness Coach Jessica Romero leads this class combining dance and strength training. Come and rock and roll. Rock-up that body and roll-out those new dance moves.

Hard Corps was started with HIT Fitters who wanted to prepare for Spartan and other competitive fitness races. Unlike HIT Fit and CrossX, we train outdoors with diverse obstacle courses, and focus on athletic endurance and agility in competitive situations. If you are looking to diversify your training, this is for you, whether or not you plan on competing. Master the Art of Competition.

Prescriptive Fitness

A program designed to improve your health and well-being using a prescribed fitness model. Designed to increase activity levels, endurance and strength, as well as be tailored to your health needs and fitness level.
